Why wouldn't i just hire a full-time designer?

Excellent question! Firstly, the yearly expense of a senior designer is now over RM70,000, plus benefits (and they're hard to come by). Additionally, there may not always be enough work to justify their full-time employment, resulting in unnecessary costs. Our monthly plan offers a solution pause and resume your subscription as required, so you're only paying for design when there's work to be done.

How does it work?

You can submit your design requests through WhatsApp or email. Each request will be arranged based on your selected monthly package and delivered according to the agreed timeline.

Is there a limit to how many request i can have?

Yes. Each monthly package comes with a fair task limit to ensure quality and proper turnaround time. Additional requests can be discussed separately if needed.

How fast will i receive my designs?

Most requests are usually fulfilled in less than 3 days. However, for more complex designs, we might need a little extra time.

Who are the designers?

‍When you work with us, you're working directly with me, the founder of Milano.

What programs do you design in?

‍Most stuff are designed in Adobe ai, psd, Figma, Canva and etc.

How do i request designs?

‍With Milano, you have a multitude of ways to request designs using Whatsapp, email or other communication channel.

What if i don't like the designs?

‍No worries! We will continue to revise the design until you're satisfied.

Do i have to wait days for revisions?

‍Not usually. I like to take care of small revisions right away so that we can move to your next project.
But larger rounds of revision or addendums to the original request, may take another few days, on average.

What happens if you get a lot of clients?

‍I only accept as many clients as i can handle without compromising the quality of my work.
Above all, an excessive workload would mean less family time and that's a non-negotiable for me.
